The Solution Ceiling Access Containment Unit is constructed out of steel, sheet metal and aluminum, and has a powder coated finish. Its unique design allows it to be operated easily, by just one person. The Solution comes standard with a built-in HEPA filtered fan unit, LED “In Use” sign, and a 30 foot retractable power cord. The innovative design also allows for a 10’6” telescoping top, easy ladder set-up, and lockable storage with power outlets. This already assembled device is ready to use right out of the box and makes set-up time a breeze.

What are the specifications for the Solution?

The dimensions of the Solution are 60”L x 28”W x 76”H. The HEPA filtration unit has an air flow of 425CFM while operating on 120V/1.08A. The maximum available power for accessories is 1600W. In addition to this, the Solution is equipped with a 30 foot retractable power cord.

How tall of a ceiling can I access with the Solution?

The height that can reached by the standard unit is 10’6”. A new unit, capable of reaching 13’ 6”, and using a fully opened 10’ ladder will be available November 1, 2011.

What size ladder can be used inside the Solution?

A 6-foot ladder can fit comfortably inside the Solution for above ceiling work. The ladder can be fully opened to be used as designed.

Can I get the Solution through a standard door and elevator?

Yes! The Solution fits through a standard 3 foot door regardless of the door hardware, as well as, standard elevators.

Will the wheels mark the floor?

No. The Solution’s casters are made with a hard, non-marking material. They will not mark the floors.

How long does it take to set-up the Solution?

The Solution Ceiling Access Containment Unit has the quickest set-up time in the industry, approximately taking 1 to 2 minutes. The Solution is shipped fully assembled and is ready to go right out of the box. Basic set-up consists of rolling the Solution to the desired work location, locking all of the casters in place, and plugging in the 30 foot retractable extension cord into an outlet. Once the Solution is plugged in and the door is closed, the LED “In-Use” light will turn on and the HEPA filtration system turns on. After that, all you have to do is raise the telescoping top to the ceiling and begin your project.

Can one person operate the Solution?

Absolutely! The Solution was designed with that in mind. When we designed the Solution, we wanted to create a product that was fast to set-up, durable and could easily be used and moved by one person. This was accomplished by creating the Solution out of light weight metal, full range casters and efficient design. Each caster can lock and the telescoping top can be raised by one individual. Contact OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) for hospital related policies that may require more than one person.

The Solution is covered, crated and shipped completely assembled via air-ride equipped truck lines. Just remove the unit from the crate and begin your work.

The Solution will save you time and money. Your labor efficiency will increase due to the ease of use over other units available. The Solution has low maintenance costs compared to its competitors (no zippers or lost parts to replace). What is the air flow capacity of the HEPA filtration fan?

The Solution is equipped with a 450CFM (cubic feet per minute) HEPA Filtration Fan System. The goal is to filter the air, maintain negative pressure and not create “over agitation” of the “above ceiling” air. The Solution is a well-balanced unit that achieves air filtration (2-3 air changes per minute) and negative pressure while using a start of the art “quiet” fan.
